About
Us
The goal of the
Wall Street Fraud Watchdog is to see to it that
all US shareholders, or investors have at their
disposal the best due diligence team in the
world, when it comes to "investment opportunity"
due diligence, investment real estate
acquisitions, cash equivalents, or other stock
broker-investment advisor investments. When
investors, or innocent consumers are duped by
Wall Street, a stock brokerage firm, an
investment opportunity, or a US bank, we get
involved in the hope of assisting the victims in
every way possible. As an example, when the $200
billion dollar auction rate securities debacle
came to light, the Wall Street Fraud Watchdog
was the first national organization to call
attention to what they call, the worst case of
fraud in US history.
As evidence
of our success, many of our nations leading
consumer law firms depend upon our expertise
to assist in the development of class action
lawsuits against bank and stock brokerage
firms, that have defrauded shareholders, or
investors. In the June 2005 edition of Money
Magazine the group warned about a US real
estate market train wreck-two years before
it happened. In June of 2008 the group
warned of the possible collapse of the US
Muni Market because the municipals would be
unable to service their debt-something we
are seeing happen right now. In 2006, the
group accurately predicted the devaluation
of the US real estate market by 30% or more
in California, Florida, New York, Nevada,
Arizona, and the DC Metro Area. That was
four years ago & it all happened.
Our due diligence fees for projects vary on
the scope of work involved. For more
